In Store Service

• Standard Service- $80/hr - $40 minimum – billing in 15 minute increments. 2 – 3 days – First come first served.
• Next Day Service- $80/hr - $50 minimum – billing in 15 minute increments. In before 8:00 PM, out by 8:00 PM the next day. Sunday completion cannot be guaranteed
• Same Day Service- $80/hr - $60 minimum – billing in 15 minute increments. (may not always be available)
• Emergency - $125/hr - $125 minimum. Your system will be repaired while you wait. (may not always be available)

 

On-Site Service

• $80/hr - $80 minimum – billing in 15 minute increments.
• Need it quicker? $125/hr - Emergency On-Site Service- We'll drop everything and come within 90 minutes.

 

We never charge a trip charge for businesses in Rochester. Billing starts when we get to your business, not when we leave ours. All of our computer repair is done in our store or at your location. We never send away your PC, leaving you without your computer for weeks.

 

We understand that most people rely on their computers every day and can't be without them for long periods of time. You are always in control of what repairs are done. We will always get authorization from you before we do anything.
